Cradle Coast Wine Trail

This region is the gateway to some of Tasmania’s most beautiful natural places – including Cradle Mountain – one of the island’s most visited natural icons. It’s a great place for touring, with spectacular views at every turn and some of the State’s prettiest cities and towns right on the water’s edge of Bass Strait.

This region offers the ultimate paddock to plate gourmet experience – crisp vegetables, dairy products and sweet treats for the hungry traveller. Just don’t forget to taste the wine at a local cellar door on your travels, or take a bottle or two home as gifts or as delicious keepsakes from your visit.

As well as the many quaint towns and villages dotted throughout the Cradle Coast region, both Devonport and Burnie are close by, providing excellent accommodation and dining options, as well as giving you the perfect opportunity for some half or full day touring options.

LISTINGS Note: Please check vineyard listings for opening hours as some are only open by appointment.
