SISU

Nestled in the northern end of the Coal River Valley, SISU is a true wine estate, where every wine is grown, made and poured on the farm. Family-owned and built from the ground up, we planted every vine ourselves, carefully considering variety, clone, soil type and aspect to express the unique character of the Coal River Valley in every wine.

Responsible farming is at the heart of everything we do. Our vineyard is proudly certified by Sustainable Winegrowing Australia and VinØ. Beyond the vineyard, we're restoring native habitat through our Land for Wildlife and Landcare Tasmania partnerships, ensuring our farm continues to flourish for future generations.

Enjoy a guided tasting overlooking the vineyard or settle in with our daily food menu, designed to complement our wines and the season.
