Mayfield Estate
Perched above Great Oyster Bay on Tasmania's East Coast, Mayfield Estate offers a relaxed cellar door experience surrounded by vineyard, farmland and sweeping coastal views.
Enjoy a tasting flight, glass or bottle of our cool-climate wines while Merino sheep graze nearby and our team tends the working farm and vineyard. There is plenty of space to unwind on the lawn, while during the cooler months guests can settle in beside our roaring fire.
Wood-fired pizzas are available on weekends and the occasional special occasion, with seasonal grazing platters offered throughout the week. Bookings are recommended via our website.
Opening Hours
Open: 11am-5pm Thursday to Monday with extended opening times during the summer months. Please check our website and Facebook before making the trip, as opening hours may occasionally vary due to private events, weddings and special functions.
Closed: August, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
This vineyard participates in the Tasmanian Mixed Dozen freight scheme.
Pick up (awesome) Tassie wine on your travels and then have the purchased bottles sent to your home address. Present your bottles in dozen lots at a participating vineyard from which you purchase wine. They’ll let you know the cost of freight and it will be sent straight to your home address.
