Free specialised ‘how to pick’ wine grapes training

Are you interested in being part of the 2021 wine grape harvest?

Wine Tasmania, in partnership with TasTAFE and the Tasmanian Government, is offering free specialised ‘how to pick’ wine grapes training in March.

The session will provide detailed and practical training at two vineyard locations at Delamere Vineyard in the North on Wednesday, 31 March and Meadowbank Vineyard in the South on Thursday 1 April.

All participants who display competency will receive a Certificate of Completion and their details will be shared with Tasmanian wine producers and labour hire companies for potential employment during the upcoming 2021 vintage and beyond.

Training is free and includes free transport for participants. Places are limited.
