Two-day Export Plan Workshop

In this two-day, hands-on workshop you will complete an export plan, undertake a phone hook-up with USA trade experts and enjoy a Chinese dining experience, where you will gain valuable insights into Chinese business practices. In finalising your export plan, you will refine your market intent and wine offer, review key market analysis, assess your resourcing needs, evaluate and prepare for sales channels, plan your partner activation, review free-on-board (FOB) costs, complete a sales plan and estimate net revenue. Please note: for most participants, attendance at the one-day Export Ready Session (to be held in Hobart on 10 October or Launceston on 8 October) is a prerequisite to attending the two-day Export Plan Workshop.
