​Sparkling Wine Masterclass

​​The Masterclass will provide a unique opportunity for sparkling winemakers to openly discuss sparkling wine production, issues and research.

Guest speaker, Senior Scientist Dr Belinda Kemp from CCOVI at Brock University in Canada, will be presenting some of the latest advances in sparkling wine technology, ingredients, tirage and dosage issues.

The masterclass will be hosted by Dr Fiona Kerslake, Fermentation and Viticulture Research Fellow at TIA and will include sparkling wine tastings and group discussions.
