The Taste of Tasmania is a large-scale food and beverage event, held every year on the Hobart waterfront from 28 December until 3 January. Tasmanian seafood, cheeses, berries, cool-climate wines, boutique beers and ciders, and much more are on offer at stalls located both inside the Princes Wharf No.1 shed, and outside.
Come celebrate the Taste of Tasmania’s 30th birthday with a magical mystery tour of delicious food, superb drinks, fabulous entertainment, exclusive cooking workshops, demonstrations and dining events with an all-star line-up of local stars; a combination of talented celebrated nationally and local best kept secrets, as we tell the magical and mythical story of Tasmanian food and wine. Fun for the young and young at heart.
This year's Taste features a vibrant program of entertainment, a huge variety of stallholders and a NYE not to forget. For the first time, there is a Culinary Kitchen Program promoting Tasmania's food and beverage landscape. The program features workshops, demonstrations, exclusive hands-on cooking classes and dining events.
